Weight Lifting and Cancer

Interesting new study here showing that Cancer patients who suffer most have significantly less muscle mass than those who suffer less.  Basically I think what we’re talking about here is prevention.   Nobody knows that exact cause of cancer but if you live a healthy lifestyle that includes lifting weights and good nutrition to maintain muscle mass, then even if you do come down with an illness, even one as serious as cancer, the affects can be less arduous.  If this is the case then imagine how much a lifestyle like that lowers your risk of ever getting cancer in the first place.
