According to this short interview, apparently everything. Rollins attributes all his success back to the gym and as expected, has some interesting views and opinions to go along with his workouts. I mean it’s not everyone who can weight lift to ballads.
On his comment about laying off the heavy stuff to save his joints, personally I would inquire about his total health regimen including mobility and nutrition before blaming it on the lifting. Many a study encourages weight lifting as we age.
