“If not for the talent and patience of this Laura Cousineau woman, I would make the fattest guy on the Biggest Loser look like Kate Moss.” – Tommy Schnurmacher

“So on Monday night my trainer tells me,
“Are you doing great?”
I say,
“Ok enough?”
He says: “great cause this is going to be a tough one.”
me: “hu… ok…”

So we start…

25 push ups, 25 squats, 25 rows (with one 30 pounders on each hand) and
25 full sit ups… benign enough… I do it in 3:15 sec. No problem..
bring it on…
Ryan my trainer: “pace yourself…”
me : “whatever”

50 push ups (25 at a time), 50 squats, 50 rows and 50 full sit ups. I do
it in 9.40 sec… running count at over 12 minutes now…. whoa not that
easy by now…
Ryan: “I know 55 years old dudes that do all of it under 25 minutes…
can you do it?… c’mon show me!”
me: “Don’t call me dude”… I’m hurting

75 push ups (i’m doing 5 at a time by now… last 15 on my knees… that
really hurt the ego), 75 squats, 75 rows and 75 full sit up. I have
both 30 pounders on my feet to prevent them from moving… I want to
die. I end up with a 27.54 sec timer and an urge to throw up..

I do another 45 sit up with a 20 pound weight for chilling time (I
barely remember this) and then stretches… I don’t do the stretches…
I feel sick. I’m going to throw up. I’m ghost white… I got shivers.. I
remember feeling bad before, being hurt… but never feeling like this
after only 30 minutes of exercising and I wonder…

“last time I felt that sick I had drunk 30 ounces of vodka in 60
minutes on an empty stomach and I was 16… maybe my liver is damaged or
something? Maybe I should go see a doctor?”
I just looked it up

Tonight I train again.
…thank you wiki!!! I might feel sick again but at least now I know
it’s normal.
P.s. try to beat my score… that would be funny… for me… misery
loves company.
