Run, Don’t Walk. OR Walk, Don’t Run


I’m not sure how one person can take one study and then propose 2 completely opposite conclusions, and get both of those published.

However it does make for an interesting article.  The age old discussion of quality or quantity.  Personally I don’t think it’s that easy.  Everyone’s different and has different goals.  One thing pointed out in the article that is important to note is that weight loss does not equal getting fitter.
