The “8 Weeks to Health” program aims to inform you about different health and wellness topics and, most importantly, help you take action towards in reaching your goals.

In our weekly group meetings with your coach Cynthia we will be touching on different health and wellness topics such as:

  • Nutrition
  • Stress
  • Rest/Sleep
  • Goal setting
  • Exercise… and more!

You will also be getting coached on, and creating, action plans for achieving goals that will result in:

  • More energy
  • Less fatigue
  • Fat loss
  • Better sleep
  • Reduced stress
  • Sense of accomplishment
  • Prevention of symptoms and diseases
  • Sense of well -being



Includes a 2 month membership (*for non-members only) + physical evaluation and personalized program at

UNI training studio.
